Firstly, take some time out to get stuck into a good book, I always find that giving my mind something to sink into can help to flush away all my worries. It lets my imagination run wild and drift off, forgetting any worries and distressing my mind.
A dip in a hot bubble bath, there is nothing more relaxing than a deep, hot, steaming, creamy, bubble bath. Light yourself a few candles and let yourself wash away all of your stresses in the water. I love adding a fun, lovely smelling bath bomb to the water as I step in as well! You could even go that one step further and pamper yourself with a face mask or a hair mask, or even both!
Put your feet up and find out your favourite films. Snuggle up with a warm blanket and grab a tub of ice cream and a spoon or two if your happy to share, and just enjoy some quality time with a friend, loved one or your partner. The new Häagen Dazs flavours are highly recommend, I really enjoyed tucking into this chocolate salted caramel one!
