Toddler Baking - Ice Cream Cupcakes

Happy Easter Sunday to you all! :) we did our Easter bake last weekend so that you could all bake them for Easter if u wanted to. This Sunday we are baking ice cream cupcakes - now just a warning this is one is one just for a kids, we found it in a Peppa Pig magazine! (They aren't the nicest snack lol)

 Ingredients:
1 1/4 Cup of melted ice cream (any flavour)
1 Cup of self-raising flour
12 Cupcake Cases

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 190C. Put the cupcake cases into a cupcake tray.

2. Put your flour into a bowl and mix with your melted ice cream, you can also add nuts or chocolate or fruit at this point. Mia kept stealing the ice cream before we mixed it together!

3. Fill the cupcake cases to about half way. Mia and I added some coloured sprinkles at this point as well.

4. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, then take out the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack.  I tried these once they had cold and all I can say is it isn't one you want to serve up to your family and friends during an afternoon tea! Lol

I hope you kids enjoy making them tho, I know Mia loved it!

Thank you for reading.

Lots of Love
