My Favourite Beauty Products of 2014

Hello Lovely's,
I hope everyone is feeling better now that the first week, after all our Christmas time off is over and done with. I always find it so much better when you get into the swing of it. As 2014 is over with, I wanted to share with you what my favourite beauty products of 2014 have been! So here its goes!

GlamGlow Supermud Clearing Treatment - I always notice a difference when I have used this my skin has a cleaner look to it. I am starting to run out so I will need to invest in some more really soon.
St Ives Blemish Fighting Apricot Scrub - I use this a couple of times a week and it always helps to reduce how obvious my spots are and makes my skin super smooth.
Lush Dragon Egg Bath Bomb - This is by far my favourite Lush Bath Bomb I have had so far. It just surprises you with the bursts of colour and then the surprise of the gold and the crackling puts a smile on my face every time.
Pearl Drops Ultimate Whitening Toothpaste - I started using this because I noticed that my teeth seemed a bit dull and not all sparkly and white. It is a 3 week toothpaste and I actually noticed a difference my teeth even felt smoother in my mouth.
Maxfactor Colour Adapt Foundation - I have loved this foundation forever I used it years ago and forgot just how well it covers my skin and feels so light and not greasy and heavy on my skin. The only downside is that Superdrug told me it had been discontinued now and that they haven't had
anything restocked for a while now! So I have to find something different any suggestions?! :(
Garner Fresh Clarifying Wash - I really like the way my skin feels after using this wash, its almost like it makes it feel how it should feel if I didn't constantly suffer with spots and redness. It leaves it so soft and oil-free. I find that using it before I do my make up helps to make my make up last bit longer.
Rimmel London Wonder'full Mascara - I know I have been ranting and raving about this mascara but I honestly love it. You can see for yourself from my review - A Must Try Mascara, how effective and amazing the results of using this mascara is. Enough said if you have read my post! :)

So these are my favourites for 2014, what are yours? What would you recommend I try in 2015?

Thank you for reading!

Lots of Love

  1. So awful when a product get discontinued! Whenever I've used drugstore foundations I've always been impressed with Maybelline... They always seems to have a really nice consistency and don't make me breakout!

  2. I'm going to agree with Caroline - Maybeline is a good choice as a replacement, the liquid foundations are usually quite light. Where do you get the Glam Glow from? It looks interesting so I'd like to try it.

    1. Thank you I am going to have a look at them. I got this pot online but have been having a look to get ready to reorder and they sell it much cheaper on http://www.allbeauty.com! I would go on to the glam glow site and decide which of the products you want to try out and then order there! :) x

  3. I can't wait to try your recommendation for Mascara. I don't wear much make up and when I do go out and buy it I always end up with dud mascara's !! Will let you know how I go with your recommendation :)

  5. I don't use many beauty products but my fave find of 2014 was actually a DIY lemon sugar scrub. The first scrub that I've actually use that exfoliates, moisturises and doesn't irritate my skin since it only uses 3 natural ingredients (sugar, coconut oil and fresh lemon).
